Admission Process:
Applications through advertisement in newspaper,handbills as well as through notice on the notice board of the institution normally in the month of June-July every year are invited.Desiring candidates have to apply in prescribed form supplied by the institution on the payment of Rs.350/- through bank draft in favor of director Saint S.R.BABA ITC Ara Payable at Ara or Rs.350/- in cash at the counter of the institute. Duly filled in form shall be submitted to the office of the institute along with admission test fee of Rs.50/-.The applicant must accompany the prescribed admission fee forms with the attested copies of the matriculation certificates,SLC,Mark sheet of matriculation and character certificate of the institute where he previously studied.The applicants from SC/ST and OBC are required to present the cast certificates.
Eligibility:
The candidtates who have passed matriculation examination with Physics,Chemistry & Math can also apply. Questions from Physics,Chemistry,Math G.K and General English of matriculation standard will be asked in admission test.
General Information:
1. Application form once sold by the institute for admission is non-transferable and the amount received against form and Entrance Test Fee is non-refundable and non- transferable.
2. Candidates seeking admission in any trade shouldn't be below 14yrs.Or above 25th yes. Of age on 1st August in the year of admission.
3. Form must be fill in correct,complete in all respects and required document and photographs must be enclosed as mentioned in the forms and prospectus.
4. A from filled in wrongly with misleading information or incomplete will not be entertained.
5. At the time of admission Entrance Test Admit Card will be produced by the candidate and it is mandatory.
6. The candidate who is selected for admission shall have to submit their original mark sheet. SLC/CLC and TC at the time of admission.
7. Class will be run in two shifts-Morning shift 7am-2pm and day shift: 10am-5pm.
8. Transfer of a trade to another trade is depending upon availability of seat and it is chargeable of Rs.3000/-.
9. Every trainee can be issued competitive books along with magazines maximun for a three days by paying Rs.200/-.(pay time)at the time of admission.
Rules And Regulations For Trainees:
1. The trainees admitted in the institute have to abide by the rules and regulation of the institute.
2. Candidate's failing to maintain minimum of 80% of attendance of actual working days is not eligible for the final Trade test conducted by the Govt. of India under the aegis of NCVT.
3. where a trainee absents himself for half no. of days i.e less than 50% for whatever reason at any point of time he will not be allowed to continue his training and his name will be struck off.
4. Institutes holds the right to cancel the admission of any candidate in the duration of the course on the basis of poor performance in the test (oral,written)conducted by the instute without the refund of fee.
5. Students are advised to maintain strict discipline within the institute under which you must wear Formal dress, black/brown shoes,tie and identity card to enhance your personality.
6. Classes must be attended regularly.The trainee who absents himself from the training for 10 consecutive days without permission or any information will be treated as absconding and his name may be struck off w.e.f. the day of his absence. However if the trainee turns off within 10 days he may be readmitted on payment of Rs.500/- as re-admission chargee.
7. For any unauthorized absence by the trainee the principal has the right to impose suitable fine and on violation of the rules and regulations by any trainee he can be expelled and removed from the institute.
8. The selection in the interview depends on the performance therein.
9. Further your performance depends on your punctuality & regularity in the class.
10. Admission will be cancelled if the total absenteeism increases more than 5 days in a month.
